Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer Triple Shaft Mixing System (VIII Type)
Unlike the VQ, VT, and VTU types of vacuum emulsifying mixers, the Triple Shaft Mixing System consists of two High Shear Mixers and an Anchor Mixer (scraping mixer) for stirring the product.
The Homo-Mixer, Disper Mixer, and Ultra Mixer can be selected as types of High Shear Mixers.
In addition, heating and cooling efficiency is improved by using the scraper attached to the Anchor Mixer to scrape the inner wall of the tank.

Features
- This product is a stand-alone mixer. It consists of an Anchor Mixer and two types of High Shear Mixers (Disper Mixer, Homo-Mixer, Ultra Mixer) that can be selected by the user. (Manufacturing is possible for even only one type.)
- The high-shear mixing blade can be handled as an exchangeable type.
- Depending on the position of the axis seal for high-shear mixing, it is possible to select between stay bolt type and pipe type.
- The mixing tank can be selected from rollover type and fixed-position type.
- An Open Mixing Tank can also be manufactured.
- The automatic operation system enables programmed operation such as mixing, temperature control, vacuum suction, and cleaning. (Option)
